"a United States military body"?
[edit]Recent changes characterize OARDEC as "a United States military body". Is it really "a United States military body"? What does that mean?
It is headed by the "Designated Civilian Official". It is said to be staffed by a mixture of civilian and military staff. Does it matter, since the head is a civilian? Maybe all the other civilian workers are based in Washington.
Other than the DCO how many civilians work for OARDEC? I don't know.
Is OARDEC performing a military role? I'd say no, it isn't. Geo Swan (talk) 00:14, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
