[edit]Hello, I am Ji-Yun Suh and I will be editing this page extensively for a class Behavioral Ecology. I am adding information for the lead section, the description, the range and habitat, and the life cycle, to make them more detailed and better formatted. I will also be adding the sections Camouflage, Behavior, and Conservation, with their respective subsections. I have reformatted the references as well because some of them were cited incorrectly. I have been unable to find suitable pictures for larvae and pupa, so that would be a great future addition. Lily1004 (talk) 21:49, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
- Hey! Your page is well worded and thorough. I did not remove any information, but I did rearrange the page to be in compliance with Project Lepidoptera and Wikipedia- this involved changing the titles of some of the sections, creating subsections, and moving them spatially on the page. I also made a few grammatical corrections. Let me know if you have questions!

Behavioral Ecology Edits 2
[edit]Hi! Great article. There is a lot of great information on there. However, I did change a couple things. In your physiology, you seemed to have a lot of description. I thus made a new description section separate from the physiology sentence to improve the article's organization. I also added a courtship sub-heading below the mating section to split the entire section into heading rather than have one part that is not under a sub heading. I thought this helped with organization as well. Finally, I editing your grammar in certain sections throughout the piece. Additionally, I believe that the portion on Lekking in the overview is not needed. I would probably take it out since you already have an entire section dedicated to the topic.
Overall, great job! Keep it up. Let me know about questions that come up.

This article is comprehensive, and covers a great deal of information about the butterfly. The section on male aggression and courtship is very detailed, and provides useful and fascinating information to the reader. Short and direct sentences might help improve the article in terms of its readability. I have made a couple of such edits, and moved around the sections for better flow. Overall, this is a great article!Shreenidhipm (talk) 02:59, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
Hi Ji-Yun. Overall, your article is very well written and informative. I like how detailed the mating section is as it covers the species behavior in detail. I have few suggestions for you to consider that might help you improve this article. First, adding some photos of the species (eggs, larvae, mating adults etc.) can be helpful in supplementing your writings. Second, adding information about the species predators will be helpful especially because you already have a section on protective coloring and behavior written. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Sungjaepark (talk) 18:36, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
Strong Article! A few suggestions. Make sure that you have citations in your intro paragraphs (and as a general rule think you could use them a little more frequently). Also, I don't understand why you have the heading physiology, with flight as the only subheading. I think you should change that around, maybe put description under physiology. I think for the most part though, you have strong sections with good information.Alexandra.payne (talk) 22:49, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
