This article begins by explaining how a given octave scale is named. It omits defining what an octave scale is. In general the article seems poorly structured, an amalgam of material whose relevence to this particular page seems minimal (e.g. vocal ranges). Prod for deletion

This article should most likely be delete as explained in the template: "no sources since before April 2008, no definition, proof of notability, or indication of concept's use. "__ octave scale" appears to be used mainly to refer to the number of octaves in which a scale is practiced, as in "three octave scale"." Furthermore, Wikipedia is not a textbook.
