Does anyone have an exact date on the termination of the Scotian? I have it on a 1979 VIA timetable, but I'm not sure how long it survived after that. Maybe part of the 1981 cuts?

Ocean vs The Ocean
[edit]There is some debate over at The Canadian / Canadian (train) about whether "the" should be included in the article title. I suppose it would apply to this article as well. Please take a look. - TheMightyQuill (talk) 18:40, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
Name change
[edit]I don't think 1966 can be correct; see for example [1]. I've been searching--in vain--for a source. Edit: see also [2], which would date it to no earlier than 1981. On the other hand, see [3]. Mackensen (talk) 00:00, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
