Further reading
[edit]Northamerica1000, please don't be satisfied with "Further reading", which is usually nothing more than a fancy External links section. Please use those things as references for the prose in the text. (I am having bad flashbacks of chunks of "Further reading" sections all over those earlier Occupy articles.) Thank you, Drmies (talk) 03:30, 13 April 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for your opinion. The links I added are in full compliance with WP:FURTHER, and I've already merged
onetwo into the article text after slightly expanding the article. Please be patient, because article expansion, finding and adding sources, adding inline citations, etc. takes time and energy to perform. NorthAmerica1000 03:51, 13 April 2014 (UTC)- Thanks NA. I am aware of FURTHER, and didn't remove the links--but I stress the word "optional". Thank you, Drmies (talk) 15:24, 13 April 2014 (UTC)
Article improvements
[edit]Recent article improvements include:
- User:Drmies has removed content they deemed as promotional and needing sourcing from reliable sources, and performed some copy editing in the lead per neutrality concerns.
Some of the edits I have performed include:
- Addition of new reliable sources to better-qualify topic notability
- Addition of more inline citations to verify content
- Formatted all sources and inline citations per WP:CITE
- Added an infobox
- Added internal links for key concepts
- Minor copy editing
Relations to other movements
[edit]This article could link to other movements, which are also important to the effectiveness of the Occupy SEC movement. This would really strengthen the credibility of this page.
