Equivalent?
[edit]Is this rank equivalent to a standard army rank like Major-General? Valetude (talk) 10:10, 14 June 2014 (UTC)
- Most historic texts state that it is equivalent to a full General in the Allgemeine-SS and to Lieutenant General in the Waffen-SS (due to Oberst-Gruppenführer seen as a "four star" rank). Documents from the Nuremberg trials frequently translate it as "SS-General". Hope that clears it up! -OberRanks (talk) 15:18, 14 June 2014 (UTC)
