Oregon oak savanna

[edit]

At some point the Oregon section needs to be expanded to make it clear that there are other remnants of Garry Oak savanna, not just at Mt. Pisgah. I'll try to do it if I get time but probably not for a while, so if anyone else has info please add it! Katr67 17:54, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. Oregon savannas were also maintained using fire. Katr67 17:56, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
In Washington as well, some of the few remaining Oak Savannas in puget sound are Gary Oak. The Pacific Rim Institute on Whidbey could also be added to the section on re-introduced oak savanna. 2601:601:4580:A0A0:FCBE:B646:7C2F:DF81 (talk) 02:44, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
