I have checked this article and found it truthful, well organised, and not libelleous in any way.
The tag : "This article does not cite any references or sources. Please help improve this article by adding citations to reliable sources. Unsourced material may be challenged and removed. (December 2006)" should stay but there is no reason to delete the article.
If you speak both spanish and english you can compare it to http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/OV7 and you will find a more developed version but the basic facts are the same. This music and dance group consisted of members from both Mexico and USA and they were, and still is, famous in the whole spanish-speaking world as well as in the southwest part of USA during the 14 years the group existed and also after they were dissolved in 2003. Several of the members are now actors and singers in both USA and the latin world. So this musical group is by far famous enough to be included in wikipedia, but the article should be sourced and referenced, of course. If you look up La Onda Vaselina or Onda Vaselina or OV7 on youtube you will find hundreds of videos with this group. If you search for Onda Vaselina or OV7 on google you will find around 3 500 000 hits. So my advice is: let it stay and wait for a bi-lingual fan of the group to make it better and give it references from the article in spanish. Roger491127 (talk) 03:49, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
