Too technical and needs simplification as well as other issues
[edit]This article needs attention. It is written in a post-graduate academic and somewhat abstruse style that makes it very difficult to understand. As per WP:TECHNICAL: If an article is written in a highly technical manner, but the material permits a more understandable explanation, then editors are strongly encouraged to rewrite it. The article contains a lot of Jargon, and too much detail. Accordingly, I added the {{Technical}} template.
Aside from being overtechnical, it has other problems that need addressing. For instance it uses excessive wikilinking and has language, style, and copy edit issues.
