This page looks like original research, but, if read closely, does not appear to be. I am a little disappointed that someone prodded it, a simple Google search will establish notability quite easily. Nyaya panchayats are a long-planned and controversial extension to the Indian judicial system: a bill finally formalising them is due to be introduced in Parliament any moment now.
