OK, good effort thus far. A few comments:

  • the lead doesn't need all those citations and notes. The lead should be a summary of the body and all the info in the lead should be provided and cited in the body. Same goes for the infobox.
  • suggested rewrite of the lead as follows:

The Nursing Service Cross (NSC) is a conspicuous service decoration of the Australian honours and awards system, instituted on 18 October 1989, and is awarded to members of the Australian Defence Force for outstanding devotion and competency in the performance of nursing duties or for an act of exceptional dedication in the performance of such duties. In March 2010, the Chief of the Defence Force suspended nominations for the award, by which time 29 awards had been made, including one bar to an existing award, to Corporal Jonathan Aharon Walter, who received the award in 2004 and again in 2007. The current Australian Army Command Sergeant Major – Forces Command, Warrant Officer Class One Kim Felmingham NSC OAM is a recipient of the award.

Suggest you crack on with those changes, make sure everything in the lead is in the body and cited there, and I'll come back and work through the body in detail. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 07:48, 4 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

G'day Kangaresearch, just checking you've seen this. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 02:04, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If nothing happens with this by 4 August, I am going to close the review. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 02:06, 25 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I've given this a few days' grace, but without any response for a month, it can't be progressed. Archiving without prejudice to a GA2 if the nom returns, which I would be happy to look at in full. Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 07:34, 6 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
