Birth year

There are several possible birth years for this individual. I don't know which qualifies as most reliable. Here are the options:

1899 based on the biographical entry in Illustrators of Children's Books.

1892, based on New York's death index, which lists her as 58 at the time of her death, and articles upon her death in 1950 where relatives estimated her age as "58 or 59".

Her gravestone, which lists her birth year as 1888.

I'm leaving it at 1899 for now, but I think this deserves discussion and possibly changing (or removing?) her birth year.
