Recruitment Section
[edit]This section was written by a user that has a history of introducing deception into articles and is now banned. Furthermore it has absolutely no references or verifiable facts. The section states that the man was conscripted into the Red Army in 1991 when the man was then 11 according to simple math. The age of conscription in the red army is a minimum of 18 so this this blatantly false. I deleted this section and if anyone can verify any of the facts, feel free to put it back because I can't. papile
- The section says his older brother was conscripted in 1991, please read carefully. Which user are you referring to as being banned? Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 06:18, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
You are correct, I did not read the passage correctly. My apologies. papile —Preceding comment was added at 06:20, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
Images
[edit]Please do not enter a revert war, they are photographs of a historically important person (similar to say, Ziad Jarrah), at trial which is completed and not going to be reproduced, of a small size, and do not present any financial loss. They are being used to illustrate the event for which Kulayev is notable, they are not used in any other articles or namespace, and the second image is used to illustrate the fact his head was shaved. If these were described as images of “ARussian Zacarias Moussaoui” Idoubt we’d hear people complaining that they didn’t fall under Fair Use. I dislike the historicphoto tag personally though, so I’d rather just leave them as FU for now. Sherurcij (talk) (Terrorist Wikiproject) 18:23, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
- Plesae read up on fair use, there is really only a good fair use justification for the use of a single image to show what the guy looks like. There is no good justification for the inclusion of additional copyrighted images which serve the same purpose.--Peta 21:58, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
- I could not find one mention of the words 'Islam' or 'Muslim' in this article, yet Kulayev was a Muslim. Why is this? Why are you concealing this?
- Do you have proof he was a Muslim? Did he regularly attend a certain mosque? Was it a central part of his life? Paul Bernardo and O.J. Simpson are both Christians, yet their article doesn't mention that - why should Kulayev's mention his religion? Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 14:47, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Only a Muslim would be part of a violent and carefully planned Islamic terrorist operation.
- I'll take that as a "No". Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 16:38, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- You say that regularly attending a certain mosque or Islam being central to Kualyev's life would be proof that he is a Muslim, yet participating in a suicidal, violent and carefully planned operation to further the cause of Islam is not proof? Your position is not even remotely logical.
- How did Beslan further the cause of Islam? I thought it was about Chechnyan separatism? Sherurcij (Speaker for the Dead) 01:54, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
- Beslan furthers the cause of Islam because it is part of a strategy to establish an Islamic Emirate across the North Caucasus.

96.251.10.186 (talk) 09:32, 12 December 2011 (UTC)it's so obvious this Sherurcij person has an agenda to try and 'humanize' America's enemies, and therefore weaken the US's resolve to fight against them. Sherurcij also seeks to conceal the US's enemies motivations, so we less understand their cause, and the nature of what we are fighting against. Sherurcij understands that in order to defend yourself against an enemy you must understand your enemy. Sherurcij works diligently and craftily to subtlety distort our impression of the US's enemies in a bid to aid their cause. Sherurcij pretty much admits this is what he's doing on his biography page. it disgust me that he is manipulating wikipedia in this subtle, but insidious way. I write this as a warning to fellow contributors. Best wishes to all
p.s. the above thread where Sherurcij is shown to be ignorant of the fact that Chechnyan Muslims seek to establish an Islamic Emirate across the North Caucasus demonstrates that he deliberately tries to avoid arriving at the correct conclusions because it identifies the US's enemies cause. Sherurcij is a very slippery customer. Beware!
