First open access operator?
On this article (and that of the AGV) NTV is described as aiming to become "Europe's first High-Speed Open Access Operator. I'm not sure this is accurate, as there are several Open Access operators in the UK (Hull Trains and Grand Central Trains being two) which operate "High Speed" trains, as classified by being "125mph/201kmh+" using BR class 180, 220 and InterCity 125 trains.
