Cleanup needed
[edit]This article currently appears to have been copied without separate understanding from 2+ sources who all profoundly disagreed with each other about what the term should cover in modern English. The illustrations are from c. 310 while the text says that only Byzantine issues are currently properly covered by the term. If it's still used to cover all 'coins we can't be arsed to specifically identify' then the article should just say that. If it's now restricted to specific issues with specific compositions, notional purities, diameters, and weights, then the article should provide them. — LlywelynII 10:20, 25 December 2023 (UTC)
