Speedy deletion

This article has been expanded by the creator (a new editor) since the deletion tag was placed. I have looked at the same creator's Cold fission creation, which is also marginal, but savable I think, with respectable sources. Therefore I recommend that both these articles be preserved for a week at least to see if they come up to minimum stub standard. Thanks Wwheaton (talk) 01:13, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
