Linear DNA and Chromosome Basics
[edit]I think that the "Linear DNA and Chromosome Basics" section spends too much space describing the fundamentals of DNA in a manner that one would expect from the DNA article rather than this one. Additionally, it's not clear to me what bits of this section relate to nuclear organisation. Would it make sense to cut a lot of this material? Jmc200 (talk) 18:38, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
Where should we mention/link Chromatin conformation signatures here
[edit]We don't have a Chromatin conformation signature, but they can be found using Chromosome conformation capture. See fig 2 of Chromatin conformation signatures: ideal human disease biomarkers?. Not sure which of the levels of nuclear organisation in this article they relate to. - Rod57 (talk) 13:23, 17 June 2017 (UTC)
