Benefits and pitfalls section

Before my major edit of this page, this section was simply listed as "benefits" and appeared to have been lifted more or less directly from the advertising of a salary packaging provider. In order to make the section more NPOV, I added to and clarified several of the statements about benefits - especially where IMHO the benefits are inflated or dubious. However it has been pointed out to me that this may make the section more like advice than encyclopedic fact. I'm not sure how to approach this, as I think the inflated/misleading/confusing claims of salary packaging companies should be brought to the attention of consumers.
