Both in nature and as pets? Leah9797 (talk) 03:15, 15 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Constructive Comment

[edit]

I think that this is a very strong start to an article. In terms of organization, I think that the article could benefit from the inclusion of a taxonomy section at the start of the article and a history section before the description section. I also think that the behavior section could be amended to include more information about the behavior of the frogs, namely their mating preferences in addition to the predator evasion strategy already mentioned. I would also like to know which out of the predators listed are the main predators of this frog. Also, because this frog relies on speed to evade, have there been any evolutionary adaptations by its predators to more effectively hunt these frogs. Lastly, I think that there could be more comment on how this frog became the state amphibian. Overall, I really enjoyed the article! ShawnMohammed ShawnMohammed 19:42, 20 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This page is looking great so far! I agree that a taxonomy section should be added. This allows readers to compare these frogs to similar species and could lead to more information to be added in other sections. This could also lead to more research questions.
