The "unique" style of capitalization and the consistent non-encyclopedic tone of the article make me concerned that it was copied from an outside source, possibly The History of the Northern Rhodesia Police (ISBN0-9530174-4-3) mentioned in the References section. Unfortunately, it's not widely available; WorldCat indicates that no library in the Greater Boston area has a copy. It is listed on Google Books, but only in "snippet view"; one snippet showed half a sentence worth of identical text and generally showed similar style, but that's not exactly damning evidence. The template links to the last version by the article creator for clarity.
If anyone has access to the book, it would be greatly helpful if you could look for similar/identical passages. Until then, the entire article is suspect, so neither removal nor further improvement seem justified. Noophilic (talk) 07:52, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
