Situated in Manchester, rather than Trafford?
[edit]I visited this station the other day, and it appears to me to be located just on the Manchester side of the local authority boundary - i.e. not in Trafford as stated in the article. This appears to be confirmed on OpenStreetMap. Also the Ordnance Survey data shows the Trafford/Manchester boundary runs along the north-east edge of Sale Road for the short stretch where this Metrolink station is situated to the south-west of Sale Road. I haven't edited the article as admittedly the station is very close to the boundary, but perhaps if other users concur then there might be a case for editing the article accordingly. - Yes, the plans of the tram stop show that it is entirely to the south-west of Sale Road and the south-east of Kerscott Road, the latter being within the City of Manchester, therefore the tram stop is also Manchester. --Redrose64 (talk) 13:34, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for the further detailed info and for the corrections to the article. Rept0n1x (talk) 14:07, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
