Merger

I think it best to keep the assembly and the election separate. This page should be at Northern Ireland Assembly (1982) or something (maybe with James Prior's name in it since it often seems to be called "the Prior assembly") with the basic history and constitutional set-up, with the election page confined to the election details itself.
