Merger proposal

Good idea. I've just included most of the non-redundant text of that article into this one. Some of the text could use a bit of polish to be encyclopedic in tone. Could editors of this article please look it over and make whatever changes they deem fit? Jbening (talk) 02:03, 5 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
