I will review this article. Unfortunately, this page seems like it is extremely far from meeting several of the Good Article criteria:

• Multiple sections have multiple single-sentence paragraphs. This alone is not good, but there are many sections that seem to merely consist of listings of some sort. Therefore, the article fails criterion 1 ("Well written: the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct; and it complies with the manual of style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation.")
  • Most of the "Economy" section just consists of a listing of headquarters and employers (Northbrook had 15,613 employed civilians as of the 2006–2008 census estimate, including 6,841 females. Of the civilian workers, 12,458 were private for profit wage and salary workers.[39] The corporate headquarters of Underwriters Laboratories,[40] Crate & Barrel,[41] and Bell Flavors & Fragrances[42] are located in Northbrook, as are the North American headquarters of Astellas,[43] a Japanese pharmaceutical company, and Italian-based Barilla,[44] the largest pasta company in the world.[45][46] Allstate's headquarters are in a nearby area in Northfield Township.[47][48] In 2021, the company announced it would sell the property.[49]). There is not much of an explanation of what these businesses do and how they help Northbrook's economy, let alone the history of the businesses within the town.   • The "Transportation" section needs to be condensed; in particular, the "Roads" section is literally a bullet point listing. The "Utilities" section is not much better (and also largely unsourced). For an example of how these sections should be written, see Buffalo, New York#Transportation.
• The "History" section has several problems. For one thing, I'm concerned that this section does not meet criterion 3b ("it addresses the main aspects of the topic").
  • In 1923 "Northbrook", the winning name, was adopted. At the time, Northbrook had 500 residents. Later on, after the end of World War II, Northbrook's population began to rapidly increase.[10] ... Between 1950 and 1980, the town's population rose from 3,319 to 30,735. Northbrook was the first community not bordering Lake Michigan to filter Lake Michigan water for public use.[13] Owing to the suburbanization of the community, the last working farm in Northbrook, the Wayside Farm, was sold and closed in 1987.[13] - These are literally the only sentences about the town's history between 1921 and the late 1990s. For a town that has existed for this long, I would expect there to be at least a few paragraphs on this subject. Instead, this entire section is just a single paragraph, and it's missing a lot of key details. For example, what notable developments occurred during this time?
  • In 1997, President Bill Clinton visited Northbrook to congratulate the 8th-grade students of Northfield Township (which is mainly Northbrook)[11] for getting the highest score on a world science test, and for getting the second-highest score on a world math test - Compared to the lack of any details about the town's history during most of the 20th century, This reads like unnecessary trivia
• Demographics:
  • The headers are not consistent ("2020 census" vs. "2010 Census"). Also, it would be better if you could summarize the 2020 Census section with paragraphs of prose instead.
  • Religion: There is absolutely no information about religious breakdowns in Northbrook, other than the remark that The North Shore is known for having many Jews;[23].
    • The Islamic Cultural Center of Greater Chicago is located in Northbrook.[33] The Hindu Hanuman Temple of Greater Chicago is located in neighboring Glenview,[34] and there is a Bahá'í House of Worship in nearby Wilmette.[35] - What does this have to do with religion in Northbrook?
• Arts and culture:
  • Founded in 1973, the Northbrook Historical Society works to preserve Northbrook's heritage and educate people about it.[51] - Like how?

I did not review further because, just by looking at these sections alone, there appear to be many issues with the article.

This article has the potential to be improved to GA, but currently it is falling far short of multiple GA criteria. When you go back and improve this article, I would suggest looking through this list of GA-class WP:CITIES articles for an indication of how this article should be written.
