Just edited this page to include a bit about the hospital grounds being redeveloped, and noticed that much of the page is taken directly (i.e. verbatim) from http://northamptonstatehospital.org/, which is itself a well-referenced resource, but this page shouldn't match that page exactly – for obvious copyright reasons, but also for stylistic reasons.
