Page move to North Tabor

I'd like to move this to North Tabor, Portland, Oregon and update the PDX neighborhoods template, but the only story I can find about a possible name change is this October 7 Oregonian story. The neighborhood website doesn't yet reflect the change. I don't doubt the change happened, but the page shouldn't be moved until we can get a reliable source. Please keep an eye out!
