How does this relate to Seberang Perai? --Orlady (talk) 06:34, 8 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Seberang Perai is the mainland portion of the Penang state. I believe it is just a useful term to describe the region. Seberang Perai is divided into 3 administrative districts: North Seberang Perai, Central Seberang Perai, and South Seberang Perai. kawaputra^torque 09:32, 8 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
