Notability ISSUE
[edit]A newspaper stub that has only an intro will not necessarily have references. The bot issue that insists upon threatening deletion over this is ridiculous. I will keep the article as is until at such time someone adds to it. There is NO need whatsoever to "reference" or provide "citations" to a stub and a general intro of the article. Jeez.

- Well, first, I am quite human thank you. And secondly, a small alternative newspaper is not automagically notable. You may want to read the notability guidelines, where you will find a detailed guide. Please leave the tag there, which will bring attention to the article by editors who may then be able to source or reference the article. — Coren (talk) 05:23, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
- This article already existed as a stub. I redirected it to this new article reflecting the correct spelling of the paper. This is the major weekly paper for the far Northern Coastal Region of California. Its extensive stories, articles, and coverage is a record of the rich culture as well as a source of current affairs for the area. It is a newspaper and not an academic journal, by the way. This article, on a major weekly cultural paper is NONE of the following: Books, Fiction, Films, Music, Numbers, Organizations and companies, People, Pornographic actors, or Web content. The ABOVE is in relation to the article that the tag links to. If you have a tag for the relevance or lack of relevance of a local cultural paper, please add it. But stop tagging this ALREADY existing article for the above. The tag goes. Norcalal 05:42, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
