blp concern

An issue involving the misbehavior of a single student--ann issue that does not actually affect NCSU-- is way out of proportion here, and in my opinion constitutes a BLP violation. Yes, there is a suitable place for it in Wikipedia , and the information is there. Do not restore it here as well. DGG ( talk ) 01:47, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

The section in question does not represent only the actions of Mangum, but rather an institutional effort by the leadership and faculty of the college to presume guilt of the three vindicated players. Having said that, to say that the actions of its faculty and administration support of Nifong's actions are "an does not actually affect NCCU", demonstrates that there is an unfamiliarity with the events mentioned. I have reviewed the BLP policy and it does not disclude the materials posted so long as they are properly sourced. I have done my best to make sure that they are. My suggestion to you is that you familiarize yourself with the events that have transpired during the 2006 Duke University lacrosse case. Cheerio. I also removed the material about another student as unsourced negative BLP. Unless there are good sources for this, it cannot stand in any article. Even if sourced, I am not sure of appropriateness. I listed this at the noticeboard also. DGG ( talk ) 23:52, 14 October 2009 (UTC)

Suggested edit - Environmental Leadership

I don't know if this warrants a whole new section or if it could go under History:

This program is called Climate Corps. Trained graduate students spend their fellowships identifying and analyzing savings opportunities. Student Media

Hello! I've added some information on the Campus Echo, NCCU's campus newspaper under a new section that I have called Student Media. Red Zone

The term "Red Zone" was first used in football at North Carolina Central University in 1976 in a National publication "Coaching Men's Athletics by assistant coach George Suggs. Stopping the High Percentage Pass" was published in 1976 eight years to before the popularity of the use of the term Red Zone was first used by NFL coach Joe Gibbs. The article was base on NCCU winning the National Statistical championship in Pass Defense by the NAIA with an average of a mere 50.6 yards per game. Louis Breeden was the leader of that defense at Safety. The defense led the nation with 22 interception that same year. The original manuscript of that article is in my possession and I would like to give it to the University. NCCU can establish itself as the site of the Term Red Zone. Dr.Willie Smith cated as Co author former head coach and faculty member of the PE department. submitted by Dr. George L Suggs assistant football coach NCCU 1973-76 , SCState Assistant 1980-86 SC State Hall Fame inductee 2012 and Durham native NCCU graduate school 1974 MA and 1982 MA Ed. Administration.
