WTH?!?
It is highly questionable to list Central American and Caribbean cuisines under "North American" cuisines. Within the Americas — and I recognize our usage does not determine world usage — Central America is more often classed either independently or with South America, though occasionally it is classed with Mexico when distinguishing that country from its northern neighbors with respect to cultural differences and/or travel. I'd rather have a "see also," and will try to create that today. Lawikitejana 20:43, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
