The North American Debating Championship's 2020 Facebook event (https://fo-fo.facebook.com/events/university-of-waterloo/2020-north-american-debating-championship/679552345905725/) indicates that it is "North American Parliamentary Debating style", and goes on to describe it in a way that mirrors Canadian Parliamentary style debate.
