Right now WP:N is not established in this page and from the alexa ranking on the website some might think that this is not notable. However, the NACLA's reports are widely read amongst academics studying the Latin American region (particularly those with the left-wing point of view). I just created it to have it here and will add to this later to properly establish notability.--Jersey Devil 18:44, 20 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
