Would inserting the dailynorseman.com website be relevant here, given that there does not seem to be a Wikipedia article on it?

In general, no. WP:DAB#External links says "Do not include external links ...".
If Daily Norseman was sufficiently notable for an article (it's probably not - a previous page was already deleted as "no indication of imporance"") you could create such an article and then include that article on the disambiguation page.
If Daily Norseman was sufficiently notable for an article, you didn't want to create one and some other page linked to it, you could add a redlink on the disambiguation page per MOS:DABRED. Currently there's only one article linking to Daily Norseman and its from a reference, not the article body, so I suspect that it doesn't count.
