Year Norell joined A. Traina
[edit]According to The New York Times obituary dated Oct. 26, 1972, Norell's association with Anthony Traina began in 1941, the same year he left Hattie Carnegie. The firm was then called TRAINA-NORELL. (The company A. TRAINA GOENS, INC. had been founded By Anthony Traina in NYC in 1914.) After Traina's retirement in 1960, Norman Norell continued in the fashion business, calling his firm NORMAN NORELL. —Preceding unsigned comment added by GeneBi (talk • contribs) 01:37, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
