Filmography
[edit]The filmography listed is unsourced and mostly wrong. For example (first is a real film and should remain listed, the other are mostly extremely dubious):
- "Missions of California" (1907) - made, but probably unlisted at IMDb: http://hrc.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/ref/collection/p15878coll15/id/7#nav_top
- "Gypsy Love" (1910) - there are several film with the title, but none from 1910 and none connected with Dawn outside of this page
- "Women of Toba" (1910) - no films with the title seems to be made and the only connection of the title with Dawn is on this page
- "Story of the Andes" (1911) - this seems to be a real film, as per "A Technological History of Motion Pictures and Television" (p. 142)
- "Ghost of Thunder Mountain" (1912) - no such film seems to exist and the only mention is on this page
- "Man of the West" (1912) - no films with the title seems to be made and the only connection of the title with Dawn is on this page
- "The Drifter" (1913) - this actually seems to be a real film, although only completed by Dawn, as per "A Technological History of Motion Pictures and Television" (p. 143)StjepanHR (talk) 15:51, 4 May 2017 (UTC)
- "Oriental Love" (1916) - listed by BFI: http://www.bfi.org.uk/films-tv-people/4ce2b6b24bdf5
- "The Girl in the Dark" (1917) - mentioned only in "The Journal of the Producers Guild of America" that Dawn made matte paintings
- "The Kaiser, the Beast of Berlin" (1918) - he was a part of the crew, but not a director: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/80815395/
- "Danger, Go Slow" (1918) - I can't see any Dawn's connection with this film StjepanHR (talk) 22:21, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
