NPOV Dispute

I have nominated this Wikipedia article to be checked for its neutrality due to recent edits concerning events that occurred when Michigan's emergency financial manager referendum of legislation failed to pass the State Board of Canvassers, of which Norm Shinkle is a member.

The text of the last paragraph contains several weasel words, hints of bias, and is poorly written. Instead of making a determination on my own, I submit this page for the Wikipedia community to exam. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.188.9.20 (talk) 06:57, 5 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
