Yeah, it's a Joke
[edit]Yeah, it's a long running joke. Norm Hiscock isn't a real person. Lots of comedy shows like to add the fake name as a writer/producer and they can't ever admit it's a joke because the censors would immediately remove the name. I applaud them on getting away with it for so many years and actually getting a Wikipedia page backing up the prank.
