I'm not sure a random google search is a credible enough source to be cited.

In addition, neither Metrogel or Noritate contain 10% metronidazole...they contain 1%. Also, metronidazole achieves some success with rosacea due to its anti-inflammatory action. It does NOT dilate blood vessels, that would increase redness! This article is just plain wrong and I'm gonig to make a few changes.

Metrogel or Metrocream contains 0.75% metronidazole and Noritate contains 1% (In Canada) Metronidazole is not an anti-inflammatory but an antibiotic. (Usually active against anaerobic bacteria) It can help with rosacea because it kills some bacteria that might be in cause in rosacea. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.226.44.130 (talk) 15:41, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
