Any and all contents that describes the early history of this traditional newspaper, which was pulled from it early pages or earlier descriptions of the history were made with the explicit approval of the publisher. No records seem to exist at Wikipedia regarding the rich history of Scandinavian and Swedish - ethnic publishing in the United States. The entry most certainly fills a gap in the encyclopedia.
The way the article is written right now is a bit promotional. Some of the puffery needs to be toned down to make it more descriptive and neutral.
For example:
Some few made golden fortunes and sailed triumphantly back home to Sweden
The pages of this traditional newspaper are a part of history
Nordstjernan today covers all of Swedish America, from coast to coast, and continues to be a lively link to and between a long list of Scandinavian organizations in North America
