Demurrer... the problem with this merger is that non-suit is the legal term used in Canada and in British common law (and in other Commonwealth countries). Demurrer is not used at all (at least in Canada). I will instead make reference to this in the article... if that satisfies please remove the merger suggestion. [edit]I included the concepts of demurrer as well as those of summary judgment. The larger issue highlighted here is that general entries of legal terms and concepts are being made, but the fact is that there are large differences in law between countries, and within "common law" countries like Canada, the US, Great Britain, Australia, etc. In some cases those differences need to by highlighted within the same article; in others, it may be appropriate to separate them into two or more articles.
