Consolidation

[edit]

I have move some info here from Nobody's Child (Karen Young song), since it is the same song. I reduced it to a redirect. Hopefully I will put up an article about Cy Coben soon. Brianyoumans (talk) 17:10, 13 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Doubts

[edit]

As far as I know the B side of "Sweet Georgia Brown" was "If You Love Me, Baby", a.k.a. "Take Out Some Insurance on Me, Baby". Look here.

Moreover, the recording date was 24 June 1961, not 22-23 June; see "Nobody's Child" at The Beatles Bible.

According to The Beatles Bible and The Beatles Discography John Lennon and George Harrison did not play on "Nobody's Child". Only Tony Sheridan, Paul McCartney and Pete Best did. If this is true (and I think it is), the line "Wilbury member George Harrison had also appeared on the 1961 Beatles/Tony Sheridan version" is incorrect.
