RAF Waterbeach

[edit]

From May 1950 to July 1959 this squadron was at RAF Waterbeach. Shall I incorporate this into the article?--Lidos (talk) 10:41, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have one image of 56 and 60 Squadron from France 1918

[edit]

I would appreciate it if someone could include my grandfather's info, links to 56 and 60 Squadron John E. Doyle

I am not proficient in wiki to edit such documents.

The second photo shows 60 Squadron's "A Flight". Scammel, Barrett, Carmen, Wormald, Edwards, Robinson, Morris, Hutcheson, Nash, Haworth, Duncan, Bird, Haslins, Johnstons, Stewart-Smith, Rayner and Thompson.

bibliography

[edit]

I find it strange that there was no references taken from the definitive history of 56 Squadron during WW1: High in the Empty Blue, the history of 56 squadron RFC/RAF 1916-1920, by Alex Revell published by the Flying Press in 1995 although his book about McCudden is mentioned in the biblio notes. 92.160.93.249 (talk) 13:05, 25 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
