Does anyone know his background? I'm thinking of the tags that refer to him as a Swedish singer. Now, being born in Sweden does not make someone Swedish. He wasn't raised in Sweden and to my knowledge neither of his parents are Swedish. Or is his mother Swedish? Or was he a naturalised citizen of Sweden before they moved? --Lilyserbia (talk) 18:15, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I know, both of his parents are Greek. But I could be wrong. I doubt he was naturalized as it seemed his family moved back to Greece shortly after his birth, but I cant seem to find exactly how old he was when they moved. The bio's just say "shortly after". His mother is Swedish. Both parents are living in the Greek island of Rhodes, now, where he was raised. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rockinthecasbah (talkcontribs) 15:01, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
