Encyclopedic Tone
[edit]Most of the article seems fine, except for the following phrase: "Sadly, Maria Ricci died on November 30, 1970 at the age of 87."
I'm not trying to be a tool, but Maria Ricci lived a good, long, successful life. Her dying at 87 would be sad for her immediate relatives, but probably not surprising. The sentence conveys more sentiment than is warranted in an encyclopedic article. For the casual observer, the impression should be that she lived long and well and left a legacy. There's nothing sad about it--just a fact. I'm deleting the word "Sadly". —The preceding unsigned comment was added by TurnMan (talk • contribs) 19:30, August 22, 2007 (UTC).
