Although the edits of 64.110.220.20 here and elsewhere seem to be motivated to push a POV, I think that the Dhalia quote is gratutious and trivial and should therefore be edited out. (What's more interesting, of course, is that the Grewals told the Ethics Commissioner that she did know about the negotiations from at least the 16th: which I have now added.)
