Mistakes
[edit]I found 2 mistakes in the article: first, the Turks couldn't decrypt the Nili code. After they found the pigeon, they only knew that there are spies in the country. After they captured Naaman Belkind, they linked him to the pigeon (I hope my english is good enough to be read). second, "Hashomer" means The Sohmer (=The guard). So, you should write "Hashomer" but not "The Hashomer". Ahia, Israel.
p.s: you can find many pictures of Nili people in the hebrew article (in some days, I'll put more).

Article quality
[edit]This article is based on newspaper stories except on a few points. That is never a good way to write accurate historical articles. There is a substantial amount of serious literature that should be consulted instead. Zerotalk 02:39, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
- Absolutely. Both citations 5 and 6 are lacking, and the way they're employed is not scholarly. The whole paragraph can be removed. 146.245.226.96 (talk) 20:17, 1 May 2023 (UTC)
