More details about his late career needed

There is quite a large portion missing about his career after the presidency of Far Eastern Republic. Only "served many posts in the soviet" is mentioned in the article, which should be able to be expanded HolyCrocsEmperor (talk) 12:06, 6 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
