'Niki' or 'NIKI'

I previously tried to change the stylization of this article to have the name 'Niki' in all-caps. But according to @Nkon21, Wikipedia's Manual of Style states that all caps shouldn't be used. I have had trouble finding any mention of this rule in Wikipedia:Manual of Style, could Nkon21 or any user clarify? Los Perros pueden Cocinar (talk) 00:10, 26 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
