[edit]Hiya,
Can i suggest the plot desription be rewritten? it's quite disjointed and does not "flow" like other plots in the wiki
Slither
[edit]I havent seen "Slither" yet, but the premise looks the same...is "Slither" a remake of "NOTC" or no?? SkaTroma 15:24, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- Until yesterday, having kept my eyes off any news on the film, I was unaware that many have put together the same connection between these films as I did. Despite the same ideas of extraterrestrial slugs causing people to become zombies, officially there is no connection, as I understand that James Gunn was not aware of Night of the Creeps until after he made Slither. Whether it's true or just a cop-out to cover his ass, it won't change the fact that too many have already compared the two films. --Bacteria 20:00, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hmm, that's odd that an old Troma guy has never heard of "Night of the Creeps". I guess that's possible but I am willing to bet it's a cop-out. SkaTroma 16:48, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
Night of the Creeps on Sci Fi Channel
[edit]I just re-watched NOTC on Sci-fi (they play the alternate cemetary ending). It did not look like the space ship found the "slugs." I saw their light beam come on two times like they were searching, but I didn't see them FIND the group of 5+ slugs. Should this be changed in the description?Antmusic 20:43, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- You're right. It's not made quite clear if, being so close to the last remains of their experiment, they actually found them. I must have written that as a misinterpretation of the ending from somewhere. I've changed this now. --Bacteria 18:23, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
