The need for sources
[edit]I've just deleted statements from the article that make claims about Nigel Mills age, education and interests. That doesn't mean that I think they are definitely false, but as they don't appear in either of the references, they are "unsourced". To avoid possible harm to living people, unsourced statements in articles about them can be deleted by any editor. Before re-adding the statements, please review Wikipedia's Verifiability and Reliable sources guidelines. Thanks - Pointillist (talk) 22:53, 9 May 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Is this section really worth keeping? To me it just looks like promotional material. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk 18:24, 8 December 2014 (UTC)
- It's worth noting that it was added by an ip who only has two edits, both to this page. The edits also added details about his voting record, committee membership and a magazine award.Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk 18:30, 8 December 2014 (UTC)
Not unless there are some more reliable sources than a local paper reporting his own claims.JezGrove (talk) 23:38, 8 December 2014 (UTC)
- I agree and two primary sources. I'll remove it now. Gaia Octavia Agrippa Talk 23:54, 8 December 2014 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: moved as requested per the discussion below; it appears that the disambiguation page had been created by a blocked sock, as well. A hatnote has been added to this article. Dekimasuよ! 09:52, 1 June 2018 (UTC)
Nigel Mills (politician) → Nigel Mills – Primary topic over the RAF officer. Hatnote will suffice. Unreal7 (talk) 21:23, 23 May 2018 (UTC)

- Support per WP:TWODABS. We do not need a disambiguation page, only hatnotes, when only two articles are involved. Traffic indicates people are more often looking for the politician article, so it appears to be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. (That's not always a certain thing;there can be brief spikes in popularity of a topic. But a political election that was over eight years ago is probably not such a spike.) — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 15:49, 24 May 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose. Political figure with with no international renown. Not WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 01:08, 25 May 2018 (UTC)
- The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
Support your PM Boris
[edit]Nigel Mills is a disgrace to the Conservative Party, not supporting Boris and asking for his resignation. Move on, you already know he was fined for eating a piece of birthday cake AFTER a meeting brought in by one of the people at the meeting, it was NOT a party. Shame on you, I think it is you who should resign for your backstabbing behavior. Boris is the best PM we have had for a long time. 2A00:23C5:5085:3A01:64B0:9698:DC8:5AFC (talk) 16:20, 14 April 2022 (UTC)
